S and B wanted to help drive business efficiency and add a customer benefit through improved instant communication.
The need for instant information account access is becoming more important in our everyday work.
Instant access to delivery notes , invoices and technical information is a regular daily requirement.
Company data has been migrated into the cloud and Office 365 has been installed. Changes mean information can now be accessed by the sales team and senior managers from anywhere at any time, saving time, improving the flow of real-time information and removing hassle. Real time production boards are live and stock levels are also available at anytime and anywhere.
Separate Portals have been set up for Customers allowing instant access to Delivery Notes, Technical information and a host of other information that can be bespoke to each customers need.
We are delighted with the changes that have been made to the business – from both a management and production perspective.
Changing our IT systems means we now have greater access to better management information and customers also benefit by being able to access and track stock and orders.
